Refund Policy
Refund and cancellation policy for Mantra Japa Guides.
Digital guides
A Mantra Japa Guide is a digital file that is available to download straight after payment. Because a file cannot be returned, we handle refunds as follows.
When we will refund or fix it
- You paid but the guide did not become available to download.
- The PDF cannot be opened or is damaged.
- The file is not the guide you ordered.
- You were charged more than once for the same guide.
Please write to us within 7 days of payment with your payment ID if you have it. We will fix the problem, send the correct file, or refund you in full.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the same payment method, usually within 5 to 7 working days of approval, depending on your bank.
